The JoAnn McGrath School of Nursing and Health Professions, as one of the largest nursing schools in Wisconsin, offers a wide array of fully accredited nursing programs, guaranteed clinical placements and a technology-rich Center for Clinical Education.
This 12-month, fully online program comprising a series of eight-week courses. Through the integration of theory and practice, students develop expertise in leadership, management of care, implementation of evidence-based practice, and principles of quality and safety.
You’ll work alongside professors who will personally guide you through rigorous course work, coach you to excel in clinical placements and prepare you for a lifetime of leadership as a skilled, compassionate nurse.
For students who have completed their pre-nursing courses from any accredited institution of higher education, Alverno’s 2+2-CCON program allows them to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 2 years.
