We provide computing resources for Alverno students, faculty and staff, including computer facilities and labs, as well as a wide variety of technical support and resources for students and faculty/staff.
Student Laptop Checkouts for 2023
Alverno College has a limited number of laptops available for semester-long checkout for students. We are asking that you only request a laptop if you are in great need. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email within 48 business hours letting you know if your request has been approved or not.

Network Shutdown Dates
Please note that regular system maintenance is routinely performed Saturday nights, 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. once a month. Dates and times are subject to change based on activities and needs of the College. Students, faculty and staff will not have access (including remotely) to network services such as printing, network drives, email and IOL. There will be no wireless or Internet access from on campus.
The shutdown dates are as follows:
