With a 100 percent internship and clinical placement rate, our students gain hands-on experience, build confidence in professional settings and form connections that can help launch their careers.

Alverno’s Career Studio helps students find internships that match their aspirations. Support includes resume review, interview preparation and personal guidance at each step.
Internship Seminar
Alverno’s Internship Seminar incorporates the Career Launch Method™ to help students make the most of their internship experience. Students develop skills in career research, professional outreach, networking, follow-up and interviewing while learning how to translate their internship experience into future opportunities.
Internships for Academic Credit
To complete an internship for academic credit, students must complete the required prerequisite course, be in good academic standing, activate their 12twenty account and secure an internship.
