New Employee Information

To access network services such as email, printing, internet access, and network drives, new employees should read the Technology Use Policies and complete a Network Account Request Form.


Brief technology orientations for new employees are included with the monthly Human Resources new employee orientation.  In addition, more in-depth technology orientations are offered in August and January.  A Technology Ready Reference Guide for Faculty/Staff outlines major technology services and top technology tips for faculty and staff.


Student workers that need work-related access to a PC need to review the Technology Use Policies and complete a Student Employee Account Request Form

Name Changes

If your name has changed, please complete a Request for Employee Name Change form.


Departing Employee Information

Departing employees should complete a Network Account Change/Deletion Form with their supervisor.
