Free Backpacks at the Telemundo WI & Alverno College Backpack Day
Vanessa Vásquez, dean of students, appeared on Telemundo WI recently to promote a free backpack giveaway. Students who come with their families will each receive a free backpack filled with school supplies. Families can also take part in several activities while on the Alverno campus, including science experiements, an art activity, and tours of the greenhouse and nursing clinical learning center.
