Curally Funds $10,000 in New Scholarships for Alverno College Nursing Program
Curally, a family-owned healthcare company that provides nurse-led services at Wisconsin-area employers, is funding $10,000 in new scholarships for students in Alverno College’s Direct Entry Master of Science in Nursing (DEMSN) program. Initially, the annual scholarship will provide five Alverno students with tuition support and on-site clinical experience with Curally client organizations.
Curally’s nurse-led coaching is a relationship-driven, patient-centered approach proven to dramatically advance health outcomes and lower costs. The company was founded by the Vesta family, which previously owned and operated a large Green Bay processing and packing facility with a massive workforce. After finding that personalized, preventative care within their own company improved employee health, morale, and productivity, they launched the concept as an independent healthcare service in 2017.
“As a successful business, we wanted to give back and bring this model to other workplaces where our Medical Director and Registered Nurses serve as healthcare coaches, advocates, and navigators,” explained Curally Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Vesta. “This business is where our heart is and a way for us to change lives. Supporting Alverno, one of the state’s top-ranked nursing schools, is a great fit and allows us to share a new way of thinking about healthcare management.”
An Alverno alum is among Curally nurse leaders that support about 600 personnel at a select group of Wisconsin employers. That includes Blain’s Farm & Fleet, where the five Alverno scholarship recipients recently spent three days providing biometric testing and consultations to more than 300 employees.

With a focus on clients’ high-risk populations, Curally has helped transform employee health, including stabilizing or reversing life-threatening conditions, avoiding surgeries, and eliminating the need for medications. Such results have also helped Curally’s clients save millions of dollars through lower healthcare use and reduced insurance claims. The company hopes to expand its relationship with Alverno as Curally continues to grow.
