Alverno College is committed to maintaining a learning and working environment free from sex discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.
In accordance with Title IX and other applicable laws, the College prohibits sex-based discrimination and harassment in its educational programs and activities.
The College provides support, resources and reporting options for students, employees and other members of the Alverno community who experience or witness prohibited conduct. Reports are reviewed promptly and addressed through established College procedures.

- Sexual harassment
- Sexual assault
- Dating violence
- Domestic violence
- Stalking
- Sexual exploitation
- Retaliation related to Title IX matters

Policy & Procedures
The College maintains procedures for receiving, investigating, responding to and resolving reports and complaints involving sex discrimination and sexual misconduct.
