Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Alverno College Bucyrus Conference Center
5:30 – 7 p.m.
4:30 p.m. Networking Hour
Featuring guest speaker Dr. Stephanie Maney-Hartlaub, Executive Director & Vice President of City Year Milwaukee
This session equips participants to understand and strengthen leadership pipelines across classrooms, schools, and networks. We open with a Wisconsin data snapshot to situate the conversation in current realities—retention, leadership churn, compensation, and diversity—then move into a moderated panel featuring one leader advancing the teaching pipeline and another focused on school leadership. Using City Year’s KNOW–BE–DO learning arc, participants translate insights into practical commitments that build capacity in their context. We close with actionable next steps and resources participants can carry back to their teams.
Key Learning Outcomes
- Participants will deepen their understanding of the current state of teacher and school leader pipelines, including challenges and opportunities.
- Gain insights from leaders actively building teaching and leadership pipelines.
- Connect with others they begin to plan and develop individual or organizational next steps for supporting leadership development in classrooms, schools, and networks.
