Mental Health Summit Speaker Bio

Amanda Kidwell, EdS, NCSP is the Director of Kaleidal Solutions, LLC and academic faculty for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the School Psychology graduate program. With a continuous focus on success and improving outcomes for all, Amanda supports school districts across the state of Wisconsin and teaches graduate students to positively impact the field of education. Amanda also provides direct services as a full-time hybrid bilingual school psychologist (Spanish) for Oakland Unified School District in Oakland, California. With cultural shifts in technology since the COVID-19 pandemic, Amanda has integrated tech into her practices as a graduate educator and her work as a school psychologist, with a focus on a successful blend of technology with adaptive, people-centered connection. Amanda's diverse experiences in the field of education include being the Assistant Director of Professional Learning in Student Services and the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Coordinator K-8 for Madison Metropolitan School District. She began her journey in education as a teacher and reading interventionist for Denver Public Schools.
