We are excited to have you join the Alverno community! Our registration and orientation process for summer 2020 has been designed to give you the best on-boarding experience possible while abiding by social-distancing guidelines.
Class registration: After you have committed to attending Alverno, you will be assigned an academic advisor who will work with you one-on-one to pick out classes and create a class schedule that works best for you. Your advisor will reach out to you by phone and email. Be sure to check your Alverno email! Instructions were in your accept packet. If you have questions, please call Admissions at 414-382-6100 or reach out to your admissions counselor.
Orientation: Once you are all set with your classes for fall, you will get access to Moodle, our online learning platform, and a Moodle course that will serve as a one-stop place for resources to help you on your journey to becoming an Alverno student. It features videos, quizzes, check-off lists and more.
Virtual orientation sessions: As part of the orientation process, we are hosting Zoom chats that will give you an opportunity to meet your peer leaders, ask questions of Alverno staff and review orientation resources in your Moodle course. You can choose from the following dates:
