Jonathon Jacobs, MS, LPC
Jon earned his BA from CU Boulder and his Masters in Counseling from Mount Mary University. His clinical background includes extensive dual-diagnosis work in high-needs areas, serving both adolescents and adults with acute mental health and substance use disorders at the partial hospitalization level. As the founder of Mend Counseling, Jon has successfully expanded clinical services to all Wisconsin residents in digital form, forging personal connections and addressing issues through innovative technology platforms.
