Career Studio Team

As Associate Director of Career Development, Megan works with the Career Coaches and Career Development Coordinator to empower students and alumni to create meaningful professional lives. She develops programs that expand students’ ideas of what is possible, builds their social capital, and prepares them for their future, including the Kohl’s Scholars. She builds external partnerships that create opportunities for experiential learning, mentoring, connection, and support.

For 12+ years, she has coached students through their career journey, from analysis of interests, skills, and values to occupations research to development of self-marketing materials and skills to venturing into the field to gain experience: Megan in motivated to guide student through a career journey that brings them joy and fulfillment.

Megan holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Management & Leadership, is a Global Career Development Facilitator, and a Certified Career Services Provider. In her free time, she can be found playing with her 6 year old daughter, baking, running, walking her dog, or enjoying one of many delicious Milwaukee restaurants with her husband.
