Communication Faculty

Associate professor Jean Groshek, MA, earned her master’s degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jean has an interest in examining the role that mindfulness awareness plays during interactions with others. At Alverno, she teaches courses that integrate mindfulness into the study of listening, public speaking and team collaboration.
