Lindsay Powell is a board-certified music therapist who graduated from Alverno in 2022. Lindsay completed her internship at a forensic psychiatric hospital located in Chattahoochee, Florida (Florida State Hospital). Following her internship, Lindsay began working for Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc as an outpatient music therapist, helping both adults and teenagers. Lindsay has been employed at Rogers now for over 2 years. Outside of being a full-time music therapist, Lindsay enjoys performing with her all-girl band, Black Moon Lilith. Outside of jamming with the band, Lindsay has been volunteering at an alpaca farm located in Waukesha. Her long-term goal is to purchase land and at least 3 alpacas, providing creative therapy services out of her property. Lindsay hopes to provide a holistic approach to 1:1 therapy by incorporating art, music, animals, and nature.
