Nikki Hensler Gordon, MS, MA, LPC, CCI, CCISM, is an EMDRIA-Certified trauma therapist and educator specializing in trauma neuroscience, crisis intervention and complex trauma. She owns a private practice where she provides therapy, oversees peer support programming, and responds to critical incidents through debriefings and consultation. Nikki teaches and collaborates with organizations to strengthen trauma-competent practice, support resilience, and expand equitable, evidence-aligned mental health care across diverse clinical and community settings.
