CLAS Team

Chandler Gloudeman is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Gallaudet University, expected to graduate in May 2026. She is currently an intern at Deaf Inspire, where she supports Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Chandler brings experience in outreach, education and advocacy within Deaf communities, as well as a background in psychology and public health. She is passionate about providing accessible mental health services and empowering Deaf families.
