AAUW WORK SMART WORKSHOP

With the current gender wage gap in the U.S., it is more important than ever that women know how to negotiate salary and benefits, to ensure that they're receiving fair compensation for their work. Attend the Work Smart Workshop to gain confidence in your salary negotiation skills through facilitated discussion and role-playing, including: 1) how to identify and articulate your personal value, 2) how to develop an arsenal of persuasive responses and other strategies to use when negotiating, and 3) how to conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits.
