If you officially withdraw from a class or classes and are part-time or drop below full-time status, you are eligible for a tuition refund if the deadline date for receiving a refund is still current.
To withdraw from a class, you must contact the Registrar’s Office in writing; to withdraw from all classes, you must contact the Advising Office. All students advised out of the Advising Office may also contact that office to withdraw from their classes. The withdrawal becomes effective on the date the Registrar’s Office or Advising Office receives written notification. This date determines the amount of tuition refund.
Depending on the date you withdraw from a class or all classes, a recalculation of your aid may be required and some or all of your aid may be required to be returned to the funding source. Please contact the Financial Aid Office to see how withdrawal might impact your financial aid prior to withdrawal.
NOTE: If an instructor decides that you are no longer eligible to attend a course, it is the student’s responsibility to officially withdraw from that course.
