If you wish your employer to receive a statement of your successful completion of course work, complete a Tuition Reimbursement Letter Request Form. This form must be completed each semester, usually in October and March. The Registrar's Office processes the information as quickly as possible after the semester has ended, usually within two weeks after final assessments. The form is available in the Registrar’s Office, FO 144 or online on the Registrar’s Office web page, under Forms.
