International Study Opportunities
As an Alverno student, you are highly encouraged to learn about and engage in Study Abroad. The staff in the International and Intercultural Center (IIC) is eager to help you decide on your destination and to guide you through the process. You may study abroad for an academic year or a Fall, Spring, or Summer semester.
There are several different ways for you to study abroad. Each program has its own merits and processes for application. The IIC will answer any questions you have so you can choose what’s best for you.
- We have Exchange agreements with universities that send students to study at Alverno in exchange for admitting Alverno students to Alverno programs.
- Affiliated Universities only admit Alverno students to their programs and do not send international students to Alverno.
- We also have consortial agreements with a number of programs that arrange for students to study in specific countries and schools.
