Rachel F. Pickett, PhD

Dr. Rachel Pickett serves as Full Professor and Department Chair of Psychology at Concordia University-Wisconsin. She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. She is a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin. Her areas of scholarship include college student development, academic success and vocational psychology. She teaches courses such as Counseling Skills and Theories of Personality and supervises undergraduate practicum.
