Set up your Alverno account to access email and student platforms.

• Find your username and temporary password in your acceptance email or packet.
• Reset your password and set up multi-factor identification. Follow these instructions to activate your account.
• Once your account is activated, you can access your Alverno email by visiting outlook.office365.com and entering your Alverno email address and new network password.

Important note: Check your Alverno email regularly. You'll receive important updates on financial aid, registration, billing and more.

The 2026-2027 financial aid application (FAFSA) is now open! Completing your financial aid materials is the most important step in accessing grants, scholarships, work-study opportunities and student loans.

Maximize your aid by completing your application as soon as possible.

Include Alverno’s school code on all applicable forms: 003832

Confirm your place at Alverno by submitting your $100 enrollment deposit. This deposit is applied toward your tuition.

Once we receive your deposit, watch your Alverno email for announcements about orientation.

Learn how to register for classes, explore resources and connect with the Alverno community.

There will also be opportunities to schedule individual meetings with our financial aid representatives and events for family members to learn more about Alverno (including Spanish-language family sessions).

If you are unable to attend the options listed above, please contact your admissions counselor as soon as possible.

Submit all final transcripts and eligible test scores after completing your last semester. This includes:

• Final high school transcript with graduation date
• College transcripts (if applicable)
• Transcripts or test scores from dual enrollment courses, the Early College Credit Program (ECCP), or a similar program by an accredited college or university with a grade of C- or better
• AP and/or IB exam scores (3+)
