Alverno students donate 400 turkeys to Hunger Task Force

Alverno students donated 400 turkeys to Hunger Task Force in the days before Thanksgiving. The donation surpassed last year's total of 280 turkeys, and will feed over 7,300 people this holiday. Many gave from their personal meal plans, and A'viands generously matched the donation. Several TV stations covered the donation including FOX 6, 12 News and CBS 58.
