Alverno College Project Aims to Prevent Flooding

When Alverno College made plans for its $30 million construction and renovation, it specifically looked for ways to be better environmental stewards. Part of that plan involved installing a bioswale and retention tank in the Pitman Theatre parking lot. 12 News came out to see how the bioswale and retention tank work together to help reduce storm water runoff.
