Commencement - Transcripts |
Transcripts may be requested by filling out a transcript request form located in the Registrar's Office. There is a $5.00 fee per transcript (payable at time of request). Standard service for transcripts take 24-28 hours to process. Rush transcripts will be processed in an hour with a $10 fee per transcript.
Transcripts may also be requested in writing. Graduates may use this form. Please remember to include the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Social Security Number
- Dates attended Alverno
- Last name while attending Alverno
- Signature to release your records
- Complete address to where transcripts are to be mailed
- Transcript fee (Make checks payable to Alverno College).
