Full-time faculty and designated directors are invited to march for commencement.  Please let us know if you will or will not be marching before November 1.  

Please complete the information whether you own your academic apparel or if you want us to purchase the apparel.  Submit information for marching by entering your commencement profile and complete the following steps:

1. Enter your user name and password.
2. Indicate your marching preference by selecting yes or no. 
3. If information has changed, enter the changes on the page.
4. Click on the submit button at the bottom of the page.
5. If no other information in your profile has changed, click submit.

All persons invited to march must submit an order form for caps, hoods and gowns. The deadline for submitting all information is November 1. Faculty and staff intending to participate in Commencement must indicate if academic apparel needs to be ordered if they own apparel. If this is not indicated, academic apparel will not be ordered.
