Bucyrus Conference Center
An elegant, two-story glass-enclosed rotunda with a brilliantly colored terrazzo floor serves as the Conference Center entry way.
The 5,100 square-foot carpeted Center holds up to 300 in banquet style and 400 in theatre style seating. The room can be divided into four separate sections for those smaller or more intimate events.
La Verna Commons
Located in the newly renovated Founders Hall this 6,685 sq. ft. room is spacious and inviting. The outdoor courtyard and lobby entrance creates an intimate atmosphere for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres as a prelude to your special event. The La Verna Commons comfortably seats up to 350 people for banquets.
Alverno's classrooms and meeting room spaces can accommodate anywhere from 6-100 people. If your large conference needs smaller break-out rooms, we will work with you to design the best room set-up and provide audio visual equipment and catering services in each room. The majority of rooms are equipped with rectangular tables and chairs.
Caroline S. Mark Galleria
Overlooking Reiman Plaza, the second floor of our elegant, two-story glass-enclosed rotunda serves as an attractive location for cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners or small cocktail receptions for 30-50 people.
Chapel of Mary Immaculate
The chapel is available for faith based weddings of alumnae, current degree students and Alverno employees. Wedding ceremonies on campus are held in the Chapel. Location exceptions may be made due to the religious tradition(s) of the couple.
For out of town conference guests, Alverno offers summer lodging for up to 150 people between two residence halls.
