Tuition Reimbursement

If you wish your employer to receive a statement of your successful completion of course work, complete a Tuition Reimbursement Letter Request Form (pdf). This form must be completed each semester, usually in October and March. The form must be accompanied by the employer's policy statement of reimbursement the first time you apply for reimbursement, change your place of employment, or if there is a policy change within the company. The Registrar's Office processes the information as quickly as possible after the semester has ended, usually within two weeks after final assessments. The form is also available outside the Registrar’s Office, LA 204.
