Alverno Community Conference

Community Conference

    Empowering Women

    March 29, 2019, 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The annual Alverno Community Conference invites students, faculty, staff and alums, and the greater Milwaukee community to create opportunities for dialogue and exchange around a central, interdisciplinary theme. For 2019, the conference will focus on the theme, Empowering Women. The conference will kick-off with an inspiring keynote speaker followed by concurrent workshops, a panel presentation by Alverno students and alums, additional workshops, concluding with a lunch celebration filled with music and hands-on art activities. Daytime classes are canceled during the conference to allow for maximum participation.
