Learning in a global marketplace requires a broader set of skills and the well-rounded ability to apply your education across a wide array of disciplines and industries.
At Alverno College, we offer more than 60 areas of study in our weekday undergraduate program and six majors in the Alverno on the Weekend undergraduate program. These are contained within four schools: the School of Business, School of Education, School of Nursing, and School of Arts and Sciences. In the School of Arts and Sciences, there are the divisions of Arts, Communication and Technology; Behavioral Sciences; Humanities; and Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Technology.
We also offer the following graduate programs for women and men:
- Master of Arts in Education for teachers and business professionals
- Master of Business Administration
- for practicing professionals
- Master of Science in Community Psychology
We offer academic support services for future and current students. Students are required to do one off-campus internship as part of our nationally ranked internship program and can take advantage of Alverno’s Career Education Center, which helps students explore career options, develop resumes and refine interview skills.
