Accommodations, Translation Requests, ASL Interpretation, Floor Seating & Wheelchair Seating
Disability-related accommodations are available for graduates and/or their guests through Accessibility Services. Requests are typically scheduled two months prior to the graduation ceremony. In order to successfully meet your needs and ensure that appropriate accommodations are made, please contact the Student Accessibility Coordinator at 414-382-6036.
An ASL interpreter will be present at the ceremony and graduates or their guests can request a reserved seat with a better view of the interpreter. Translation headsets for Spanish speakers are available upon request.
There will be reserved wheelchair accessible seating available for ceremony guests. Please see an usher upon arrival to be seated in this section.
