NATURAL SOLUTIONS TO ANXIETY, MENTAL FATIGUE AND INSOMNIA
Monday, April 8
Do you fall asleep but wake again and can’t go back to sleep? Or sleep restlessly so that you wake up tired and fatigued? Do you find that your mind doesn’t seem to work as well as you’ve gotten older or that you respond with anxiety to life stressors? In Ayurveda, all these concerns are impacted by one of the three life forces in your body called Vata, or the life force that moves things. This life force increases, sometimes to excess, as you get older or get overloaded by modern intensity. In this class, you will learn how to make sense of your anxiety, mental fatigue and insomnia and what natural home measures to add to your Wellness Toolkit so that you can go through your day feeling your best—with vibrant energy, healthy body and calm mind! Class will include breathing and mental stress release techniques.
