Loaner Equipment for Faculty/Staff

Faculty and staff may request equipment for on-campus use:

 

from Technology Services (Computer Center in the RC Building)

Equipment may be requested online with at least 1 business day advance notice.

 

from the Media Hub (RC 114)

  • a Nomad Cart (which includes a computer, projector, a document camera, VCR and speaker system)

Requests can be made in person at The Media Hub or by filling out a request form available in the mailroom. Completed forms should be returned to The Media Hub or placed in Kathy Sielaff’s mail drawer. Please give at least 24 hours notice when placing an order. Orders placed with less than 24 hours notice may be unable to be filled.  At this time The Media Hub does not accept phone or e-mail orders. In order to check out or reserve a piece of equipment you will need an Alverno Library card.

Faculty and staff may request for on or off-campus use:

 

from Technology Services (RC 109B)

  • laptop
  • iPad

The maximum checkout time is 2 weeks. Laptops and iPads must be returned by 3:00 p.m. on the due date.  The borrower is responsible for replacement of unit if lost, damaged, or stolen.  To reserve the equipment, please submit a Help Desk request, come to the Computer Center in RC 109B or call the Help Desk at x6700.  Fac/Staff Loaner Equipment Checkout Policy
