College Residence Life Staff
Our residence halls are staffed
with a director of residence life, live-in assistant director of residence life,
residence life assistant and student community advisors.
Director of Residence Life/Director of Campus Life
Vicki Schreiber, director of campus life, works out of Austin Hall
and oversees the residence life department and other areas of campus life. Responsibilities
include collaborating with all college departments, handling campus judicial
and emergency situations, advising student government, seeking to keep the buildings safe
and secure, and overseeing The Mug.

Assistant Director of Residence Life
Pam Feldkamp lives in Austin Hall. She is responsible for supervision
of the community advisor staff, organizing programs for residents, responding to resident concerns, adjudication of residence hall policy violations and advising the residence hall association.

Residence
Life Assistant
Lynn Kuhlman, residence life assistant, is a full-time staff member.
In a multifaceted role, her responsibilities include managing the
housing contracts and floor plans, supervising the Austin Hall reception
desk, and coordinating housing needs for resident students, such
as keys, access cards and meal plans.

Student Staff
Student staff is comprised of nine community advisors and one assistant residence life coordinator who are selected through an intensive application process and are
responsible for facilitating wing communities in the residence halls.
This team of energetic students work with the assistant director of residence life to promote a fun and positive living experience. Some of the responsibilities
include educational and social programming, floor activities,
peer advisement, assisting in the general management of the hall,
attending weekly staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, and in-service
training. The student staff serve as role models for residents and are able
to explain community standards, housing and college policies and
regulations. They are friendly resources who are accepting of
others and appreciative of differences in beliefs, culture, and
lifestyle.
