Handicap Seating
Graduates whose guests are in wheelchairs or need special assistance may enter Pitman Theatre at the internal side door between 12:45 and 1:00 p.m. Handicap seating is designated to special areas. An usher will assist you. Seats are not reserved. Guests in wheelchairs are not required to have a ticket for the ceremony. Tickets are required for all other guests including those who accompany guests requiring assistance.
Hearing Impaired
Disability-related accommodations are available for graduates and/or their guests through the Instructional Services Department. Requests are typically scheduled two months prior to the graduation ceremony. In order to successfully meet your needs and ensure that appropriate accommodations are made, please contact the Coordinator for Disability Services at 414-382-6026.
