Commencement Saturday, May 17, 2008 |
The Commencement Ceremony will be held in Pitman Theatre. The Conference Center, Wehr Hall and Lampe Recital Hall are broadcast sites in which the ceremony is viewed. Each graduate will receive 3 tickets to Pitman Theatre and 4 tickets to a broadcast theatre. In addition to the ceremony, Alverno celebrates Commencement with a Baccalaureate Liturgy and Commencement Brunch.
Commencement information packages are mailed to graduates in February for the Spring ceremony and in September for the Fall ceremony. If you did not receive a packet, please call 414-382-6118. Please review the packet thoroughly and submit all forms by the specified deadline to allow for processing. All forms received after the deadline will be subject to a late fee of $15. The package includes:
- Commencement Newsletter
- Cap & Gown Order Form
- Additional Ticket Request Form
- Commencement Graduation/DVD Purchase Form
- Class Ring & Announcement Form from Jostens.
Graduate are responsible for checking their Alverno
e-mail account for pertinent information regarding commencement.
