Weekend College
Weekend College offers a complete bachelor's degree program for working women. This full-college experience offers classes Friday evening through Sunday afternoon every other weekend.

A unique dual curriculum:
Alverno College is leading the nation in preparing students to take their places in tomorrow's world. That's because Alverno is unique in higher education. In addition to offering more than 60 program areas of study, including hundreds of career options, many in today's foremost fields, Alverno focuses on your mastery of these eight abilities within your discipline area of study: communication, analysis, problem solving, valuing, social interaction, developing a global perspective, effective citizenship and aesthetic response.

Evaluation and assessment instead of grades:
In each class, you'll be assessed by faculty, professionals from the Milwaukee community whom Alverno has trained, and by yourself. You'll find that Alverno's assessment method will provide more information than a grade. The college also is fully approved by accrediting bodies, including the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, and is accepted by graduate schools and employers.
