Cecelia Gore BA ’92, MBA ‘08, Milwaukee, WI, president of the Brewers Community Foundation, was named the 2017
Business Champion at the 2nd Annual Breakfast of Champions. Hosted by the African
American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AACCW) in May 2017 at the Pfister Hotel,
the award recognized Gore for her community leadership and philanthropy.

Jane (Stephan) Nacker BSN '81, Greenfield, WI, is the new coordinator of the DANK Milwaukee (Deutsch Amerikanisch
National Kongress or German American National Congress) Folk Dancers. The dance group
celebrates German culture and has performed at Milwaukee's German Fest, Mai Fests,
Oktoberfests, conventions, and other events.

Sr. Marie Nakitende BA ’06, Mukono, Uganda, was appointed dean of the faculty of business administration and
management at Catholic Martyrs University in Uganda February 2017.

Carrie Wall BA ’95 was named president and CEO of the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. Wall has served
as president and CEO of the Dane County YMCA for the past seven years. Prior to that,
she spent four-and-a-half years as the vice president of operations for the YMCA of

Donna Bembenek MBA ’11 was appointed the new President at Catholic Memorial High School. She will assume
her duties on July 31 and will be officially installed by Archbishop Jerome Listecki
at the All-School Mass on the first day of school, August 17.
