Cochrane Library - (Wiley); Source of reliable and up-to-date information on the effects of interventions in health care. Provides information and evidence to support decisions taken in health care.

Communication & Mass Media Complete - (Ebsco); Full text for over 160 titles in the areas of communication and mass media studies. There will be searchable citations as well as indexing and abstracting for more than 285 journals. The database will also include monographs, conference proceedings, and working papers.

Results (not usually full text) from several different databases are presented in categories (such as journal article citations, books, consumer health information, meeting abstracts) rather than by database. A useful option is limiting your search to just one of these categories (such as journals).
