Cancellation/Refund Policy for Telesis Classes
Telesis Cancelled Programs/Refunds
Full refunds are issued by check or MasterCard/Visa/Discover credit for any Telesis-cancelled program. You will be notified of the cancellation promptly.
Participant-Cancelled Programs/Refunds
A full class program credit will be issued for any participant-cancelled programs as long as our Telesis office is notified (at 414-382-6218) at least by 3 working days BEFORE the first class meeting. No credits will be issued for cancellations received within 3 days of the first class meeting. Program credits may be applied to any Telesis programs held within 1 year of the cancelled class. Due to contractual commitments, there are no exceptions to this policy.
