The Undergraduate Ceremony takes place in Pitman Theatre. Each graduate will receive 3 tickets to Pitman Theatre. Graduates do not need a ticket for themselves. There is no reserved seating in Pitman Theatre and holding seats for other guests is not permitted. Disruptive guests will be escorted out of the theatre. Guests with a ticket to Pitman Theatre arriving after the ceremony has begun will be routed to a satellite theater.
Each graduate will also receive 5 tickets to a satellite theater. The Conference Center, Wehr Hall, and Lampe Hall are satellite theaters. Guests in these theaters view the commencement ceremony on large screens. Extra tickets to these theaters may be requested at Grad Finale.
All guests need a ticket to enter the theaters, including children over the age of two.
Graduates must pick up their tickets in person at Grad Finale. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
