Alverno Leadership Program Series - A.L.P.S. is a 3-tiered leadership development program for Alverno students. The goal of this program is for students to understand and develop personal leadership skills and traits, and to identify opportunities to practice and demonstrate leadership on and off campus.

Peer Leaders - Every year Alverno hires and trains students to become Peer Leaders to work with new incoming students and their families. Becoming a Peer Leader is an excellent way to represent the College, interact with new students, and develop leadership skills. Peer Leaders are required to facilitate icebreakers, speak on question/answer panels, and encourage students to become involved on campus and learn about academic, social, and wellness resources.
