Weekend College Childcare and Weekend Kids on Campus Program

This fall, the Alverno College Institute for Educational Outreach and Childcare Services will offer childcare and a Kids on Campus program to children of students who are taking classes on Weekend College Saturdays, and to children of faculty and staff who are teaching on Weekend College Saturdays. We ask that you register your child early, as space is limited.

Weekend College Childcare Information
Weekend childcare is geared for children ages 3-5, from 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Weekend College Saturdays. Children must be toilet trained.

Schedule Options
Morning: 7:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Afternoon: 12:45 - 5:30 p.m.
Full Day: 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Payment
Morning or afternoon only: $198
Full Day: $394 (includes snack and lunch)

When Alverno students enroll their child, childcare charges for the semester will be added to their tuition bill. Financial aid or grant money can be used to pay for childcare once tuition is paid. Payment must be paid through the Business Office.

Staff
Childcare will be provided by qualified teachers. Each teacher has been certified in CPR and First Aid, and a criminal background check has been completed.

Weekend Kids on Campus Program Information
The Kids on Campus program is geared for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Classes will be grouped by grade levels. Children in grades 1-3 will participate in classes together, and children in grades 4-6 will participate in classes together. This program is offered on Weekend College Saturdays from 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The Kids on Campus program is designed to offer children fun, enrichment classes in drama, art, writing, and more. Students can register their children for morning, afternoon or full-day classes.

Schedule Options
The Alverno College Institute for Educational Outreach will provide supervised before and after care for all children participating in the Weekend Kids on Campus program. Here is a sample schedule:

7:45 - 9 a.m.	Before Care
9 a.m. - 12 noon	Morning Kids on Campus Class
12 noon - 1 p.m.	Lunch
1 - 4 p.m.	Afternoon Kids on Campus Class
4-5:30 p.m.	After Care

Children participating in half-day programs will receive a snack. Children participating in full-day classes will receive a snack and lunch. Snack and lunch times will be supervised by staff.

Fee and Payment
Morning or afternoon only: $168.00
Full-day program: $378 (includes snack and lunch)

For Alverno students, Kids on Campus fees for the semester will be added to their tuition bill. Financial aid can be used to pay for these fees once tuition is paid. Payment must be paid through the Business Office.
