Tuition
Reimbursement
If you wish your employer to receive a statement of your successful
completion of course work, complete a Tuition Reimbursement Letter
Request Form. This form must be completed each semester, usually
in October and March. The form must be accompanied by the employer's
policy statement of reimbursement the first time you apply for reimbursement,
change your place of employment, or if there is a policy change
within the company. The Registrar's Office processes the information
as quickly as possible after the semester has ended, usually within
two weeks after final assessments. The form is available outside
the Registrar’s Office, LA 204 or online.
Waiting List
If the class is full when you register, you
can place yourself on the wait list. You can monitor your
wait list status through Interactive Online (IOL). If a vacancy
occurs, you will be added by the Registrar's Office.
WEC External Assessment Add/Drop Policy
Add - If you need to add an external assessment after the official registration period, contact the Assessment Center at (414) 382-6418. The last day to add a WEC external assessment is one week prior to the external.
Drop - If you need to cancel an external assessment, you must call the Assessment Center at least three hours prior to the start of that external. Not attending an external assessment or canceling an external assessment more than one time will result in a rescheduling fee of $25 for 1st no show or 2nd cancel; $35 for 2nd no show or 3rd cancel, etc.
Withdrawal from
Class(es)
If you officially withdraw from a class or classes and are part-time or drop below full-time status, you are eligible for a tuition refund if the deadline date for receiving a refund is still current. To withdraw from a class, you must contact the Registrar's Office in writing; to withdraw from all classes, you must contact the Advising Office. All students advised out of the Advising Office may also contact that office to withdraw from their classes. The withdrawal becomes effective on the date the Registrar's or Advising Office receives written notification. This date determines the amount of tuition refund.
