Athletic Fields Dedication Saturday, October 6th, 2007 The Alverno College community celebrated the athletic fields dedication on Saturday, October 6th, 2007. Over 400 people attended the event which included a tailgate, pep band, dedication program and a victory for the Inferno soccer team. The athletic fields include a NCAA-regulation soccer field, a NCAA-regulation softball diamond, and a building that houses a concession stand, restrooms, press box, and storage. The athletic fields are part of the campus beautification project that began in 2006.
